| 摘 要： | 体育游戏不仅可以锻炼学生身体,增强学生体质,还可以活跃课堂气氛,有助于学生思维和智力的发展。文章对体育游戏的认识、要求、注意、运用进行了探讨,为中职学校体育发展注入新的内容,使体育游戏教学成为促进学生身心健康发展的重要部分。
