| 摘 要： | 以 (p H=6 .0 )醋酸—醋酸铵缓冲液为溶剂 ,测定波长为 2 6 9nm,建立了用紫外分光光度法测定吡嗪酰胺片含量。本法准确 ,快速 ,简便 ,可用于吡嗪酰胺片的质量控制。
