| 摘 要： | 基于在pH值为1.4～5.8的缓冲溶液中,肝素钠与维多利亚蓝4R反应,溶液吸光度的降低与肝素钠浓度成正比,建立了测定肝素钠浓度的分光光度法.方法的线性范围为0～2.4μg/mL肝素钠,摩尔吸光系数ε=2.66×106L*mol-1*cm-1.用于肝素钠注射液效价的测定,结果满意.
