摘    要:用LSS体系制得了CdS半导体量子点,采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段对产物进行了表征.以油酸和乙醇为液相(L),油酸钠为固相(S),乙醇和含Cd2+的水溶液为溶液相(S),构成LSS体系.体系中以硫化钠为硫源在180 ℃恒温4 h,在L-S相界面处形成CdS量子点.制得的量子点具有良好的形貌,外形规则,为立方晶系结构,直径大约为4 nm.对CdS量子点的紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光光谱进行了分析.

Abstract:CdS semiconductor quantum dots(QDs) were prepared by LSS system.X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) techniques were used to characterize the as-synthesized CdS semiconductor QDs.The liquid-solid-solution(LSS) system was composed with ethanol and oleic acid(liquid),sodium oleate(solid),and the water-ethanol solution containing Cd2+ ions(solution).At 180 ℃,S2-ions were supplied by sodium sulfide,the CdS QDs were synthesized at the liquid-solid interface after four hours' reaction.As a result,the CdS QDs with narrow sized distribution and uniform morphology were cubic structure and the diameter of them is about 4 nm.The UV-Vis and photoluminescence(PL) spectra of as-synthesized CdS QDs were obtained.
