河北省居民文化消费水平整体偏低,高雅文化消费比重更低,这不利于文化的传承性发展,更削减了文化消费提高国民素质的作用。提高河北省高雅文化消费水平的建议有:发展多样化的经营模式,推动文化产业市场化;发展层次化的文化产品,满足不同层次文化消费者需求;将高雅文化与通俗文化相融合以吸引文化消费者;政府给予相应的政策支持,引导文化消费向较高层次发展。

Reflecting on the Deficiency of Elegant Culture Consumption in Hebei Province

Residents culture overall consumption level in Hebei province is low,consumption ratio of high culture is lower,which is bad for the inheritance of cultural development,and cut down functions of the role of the culture consumption on improving the national quality.Through developing diversified business model,promoting marketization of the cultural industry,developing the hierarchical culture products,fusing the elegant culture and popular culture to attract consumers,the government also giving the corresponding policy support,thus we can enhance the elegant culture consumption level in Hebei province.
