| 摘 要： | 信用有其特定的发生机制、运行规律和实现条件。在中国社会转型期,中国社会的巨大变迁和转型对原有的信用关系造成了一定的冲击,信用的根基、结构和功能都发生了巨变。文化价值观和制度共同构成社会信用体系的基础,所以,只有多管齐下,才能够改变我国信用体系建设落后于市场经济发展的现状。

| Abstract: | Credit has its unique formation mechanism, operation rules and realization conditions. During China's social transformation, great social changes have imposed some impacts on the original credit relationship and consequently the foundation, structure and function of credit have experienced tremendous changes. Generally speaking, cultural values and system constitute the foundation for social credit system. Therefore, efforts shall be made in various aspects to make sure that China's credit construction satisfies the development of market economy. |
