试析新形势下我党关注民生的新思维

在国际金融危机持续蔓延、中国经济发展面临新挑战的形势下，我党产生了关注民生的若干新思维。体现在：在新的形势下，我党以新的战略高度充分认识到解决民生问题的重要性、紧迫性；民生问题能否解决好，关系到我们能不能顺利地走出金融危机的阴霾，关系到社会的稳定，更关系到国家政体的安全，并且确立了经济建设、政治建设、文化建设和以改善民生为重点的社会建设“四位一体”的社会主义现代化建设总格局，为中国特色社会主义理论体系增添了新内容。在新的形势下，我党系统制定和采取了一系列解决民生问题的新的措施。

Analysis of our Party's new thought of concern for people's livelihood in the new situation

In the situation where the international financial crisis sustainably spreads and China＇s economy faces the new challenge, our Party puts forward some new thoughts for people＇s livelihood. They are embodied in the following. In the new situation, our Party, starting from the new strategy, fully understands the importance and urgency of solving people＇s livelihood because whether the problem of people＇s livelihood can be settled or not concerns the social stability and the safety of the national regime and whether we can get rid of financial crisis. It also establishes the general pattern of the socialist modernization including economic building, political building and cultural building with the improvement of people~ livelihood as the key, which adds the new contents to the socialist theory system with the Chinese features. Our Party has systematically formulated and adopted a series of new measures for solving the problems of people＇s livelihood.
