| 摘 要： | 以大茴香醇为原料，经溴代，Arbuzov重排反应，得到中间体对甲氧基苄基磷酸酯，再与3，5-二甲氧基苯甲醛经过Wittig—Horner缩合反应及脱甲基化反应合成反武产物白藜芦醇,反应中间体和目标化合物用IR，MS和^1HNMR进行了结构表征．本合成路线反应步骤少，原料价廉易得．

| Abstract: | Resveratrol was synthesized with 4-methoxyphenyl methanol via four steps,e.g.bromination,Arbuzov rearrangement,Wittig-Horner reaction and demethylation.The structure of intermediates and target compounds were characterized by IR,MS and ~1HNMR.This synthetic route had the advantages of brief reaction steps,convenient manipulation,low cost and suitable for industrialization. |
