摘    要:本文利用回归设计拟定实验计划,以硼酸产量为目标函数,用少量的实验建立一个在实验范围内描述目标函数与因子间关系的有效多项式(数学模型),再以这个多项式为基础,用微机对硼砂—硫酸法生产硼酸的实验参数进行寻优,得出一组较为理想的实验条件。

Abstract:It is founded an efficient multinomial(mathematical model)which describes the relations between objective functions and factors within the experimental range by a few experiments, using the regression design to draft a plan and taking the boric acid yield as objective functions. According to the multinomial and using the borax-sulfuric acid method, the experimental parameters of producing boric acid are optimized with the microcomputer, and a group of ideal experimental conditions are obtained.
