| 摘 要： | 综观曾国藩的一生,我们发现他在"治国、平天下"方面的政治建树,是与其在"修身、齐家"方面的努力密不可分的.他从维护封建纲常礼教的伦理道德出发,继承中华民族的传统文化,在湖湘文化中吸取营养,逐步形成了独具特色的家庭教育观和教育方法,并对他的部属和弟子的成长产生了重大而深远的影响.

| Abstract: | Making a comprehensive view we can find that Zeng Guo-fan's political contribution on "managing state affairs and dominating the society" is closely connected with his idea of "cultivating one's morality". He inherited the traditional culture of our nation for the aim of upholding the ethical morality of feudalist outline and courtesy, and formed a characteristic familial teaching view and teaching means in learning alimentation from Hunan culture, which made great and deep influence to the growth of his subordinates and disciples. |
