| 摘 要： | 根据房地产投资的Logistic混沌经济模型，提出利用延迟反馈混沌控制法，选择政府调控力度、投资规模增长率和投资收益率作为控制参数，对房地产投资进行有效控制，并简要讨论了相应的控制策略。

| Abstract: | The control of real estate investment was analyzed by means of a delay feedback chaos control method according to the Logistic chaotic economic model of real estate investment, in which the degree of governmental readjustment and control, investment scale, the rate of investment yield are chosen as control parameters. The relevant chaos control strategy was briefly discussed. |
