微波消解石墨炉原子吸收法测定丁香中微量元素镍

摘    要:用微波消解石墨炉原子吸收法测定1]丁香中的微量元素镍。选择最佳微波消解条件和测定条件,对样品多次测量,回收率为89.6%-110%,样品丁香中镍的含量为1.06μg/g。该方法测定具有灵敏度高,重现性好,简单快速等特点,为丁香的进一步开发提供科学依据。

Abstract:Ni in Clove is determined by adopting the microwave digestion technique and then analysed by the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Under the best condition of the microwave digestion and the graphite furnace atomic absortion spectrometry,the sample has been determined several times.The calibration lines are linear in the range of 0-120ug/l,and the recoveries of these materials range from 89.6%-110%.The result shows that the Ni in Clove is 1.06ug/g.The method is simple,accurate and rapid,which lays a scientific foundation for further development of Clove.
