筋膜内子宫全切除术与传统子宫全切除术式对比分析

目的：探讨筋膜内子宫全切除术的可行性、临床效果和安全性．方法：回顾性分析2005年1月至2007年10月．我院行筋膜内子宫全切重建阴道顶改良手术50例（改良组）及同期行传统的子宫全切术（对照组）的临床资料，比较手术效果和术后恢复情况．结果：平均手术时间、术中平均出血量，改良组（77±41）min、（142±26）ml和对照组（107±49）min、（230±38）ml，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．患者术后排气时间、术后发病率、平均住院时间，改良组（46±4）h、1096、（7．8±0．6）d，对照组（48±6）h、10．896、（7．4±0．2）d两组比较，差异无统计学意义．结论：筋膜内子宫全切除术比传统子宫全切除术的手术效果好，创伤小，术后并发症少，是一种值得推广、应用的术式．

Comparative Study between Modified Abdominohystereetomy and Total Hysterectomy

Objective：To study the feasibility, clinical effect and safety of modified abdominohysterectomy. Methods：The clinical data of 100 cases who underwent total hysterectomy （50 cases） and modified abdominohysterectomy （50 eases） were retrospectively analyzed and the operative effects and postoperative recovery for two methods were compared. Results ：There was significant difference in the average operation time and amount of blood loss during operation between modification group with（77 ± 41 ）rain and （142 ± 26）ml vs. control group with （107 ±49）rain and （230 ±38）ml（P〈0.05）. No significant difference was seen in the time of exhaust,disease inci- dence and average hospitalization days between modification group with（46 ±4）h, 10% and （7.8 ± 0.6） d vs. control group with （48± 6） h, 10.8 % and （7.4±0.2 ） d. Conclusion： This operative technique has better operative effect,less damage and fewer complications compared with the traditional method and is worth popularizing.
