基于电路网络参数的宽带MIMO系统模型

摘    要:该文提出了一种基于电路网络参数的宽带多输入多输出(MIMO)系统分析模型,该模型考虑了天线阵列的互耦和阻抗畸变、匹配网络、接收机噪声和外部干扰噪声的影响,以及传播信道的特性,可以准确地分析和比较不同MI-MO系统的性能。利用该模型对MIMO系统的传输链路进行建模,说明了如何在分析模型中使用标准的基于多径的传播信道模型,并且比较了使用不同天线阵列的宽带MIMO系统的性能,分析了匹配网络和不同系统噪声对于系统性能的影响。结果表明,阵列的尺寸对宽带MIMO系统的性能有重要的影响,匹配网络只能有限地提高物理尺寸受限的MIMO系统的性能。

Abstract:A generalized system model was presented using circuit network parameters to analyze wideband multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) systems.All the effects as mutual coupling and impedance distortion of antenna arrays,matching networks,interference and receive amplifier noises,and polarized channel model are completely taken into account in this system model,thus it allows for a fair comparison of MIMO systems in different scenarios.The capacity of different compact antenna arrays with or without matching networks are discussed and compared thoroughly under different noise dominating scenarios.For practical purposes,connecting this model to standard path-based channel models is shown.The results demonstrate that the size of the array is important to the capacity of wideband MIMO systems,and the improvement of wideband MIMO system capacity using matching networks is limited.
