生产追踪系统的面向对象分析与设计

生产追踪系统是生产制造企业系统中的一个特别重要的组成部分,是用来监测整个企业每处生产状态的系统,能为生产经营者提供真实反应当前企业生产经营状况的精确数据,可以为未来的正确决策提供重要依据。由于大多数生产制造企业都具有生产流程复杂、规范性差、工序多、工序相互交叉多、数据量大、报表多等特点,所以管理起来比较困难,设计OA系统更是麻烦。通过对整个企业生产流程和业务规则的全面深入了解发现:虽然生产追踪系统很复杂,但各工序的功能大体类似。从企业的全局需求出发,采用面向对象技术分析业务特性,抽象各工序的共性部分,设计出能为所有工序服务的模型。整个分布式系统由外到内全部采用面向对象技术设计,思路清晰、分工合理、重用性高。应用时,通过重复设置一个对象的属性并重复调用这个对象的方法可实现多个功能,显著地节省了大量编码工作,体现了应用OOAD进行生产追踪系统开发的优越性。

Object-Oriented Analysis and Design of the Production Track System

Production track system is a special important part of OA(Office Automation) of production manufacture corporation.It is used to inspect each status of production of the whole enterprise and it can provide accurate data that in response to the current production management status of the corporation for managers.Therefore it can offer gist for the future correct decisions.Because most of production manufacture enterprises have these characters as:complex work-flow,bad criterion,excessive sections,excessive intersect among sections,the large amount of data,the various report forms.Thus it is hard to manage and design of OA.After understood the total product flow and operation rules,we found that though the system are very complicated and functions of every section are very great,functions of every section are similar by and large.Beginning with the enterprise's collectivity,applying OOAD for characters of operations,finding the common features of every section,abstracting service models that can serve all sections.Object-oriented technology goes through the total distributed system and thought is clear and divide the work up rationally and the reusability is high.Setting an object of a class repeatedly and calling this object's operations repetitiously to implement many functions and decrease a large number of codes.OOAD shows superiority in design and development of track system of production.
