石蜡微乳液在板式换热器内的流动和传热特性研究

摘    要:利用实验的方法研究了不同质量分数的石蜡微乳液在板式换热器中的压力损失和传热性能.结果显示,质量分数接近50%的石蜡微乳液的储能能力强,具有流动换热性能,可以用于储能.含少量石蜡的微乳液的流动性好,其换热能力在相变温度区间内显示出略好于水的传热特性.

Abstract:Paraffin/water emulsions with different mass fractions were experimentally investigated about their flow and heat transfer performances.Their pressure loss and heat transfer coefficient in heat exchangers were tested.The results show that the emulsions with higher paraffin concentration are good in energy storage with good heat transfer performance.The low concentration emulsion has good flow and heat transfer performances,and its heat transfer performance could be better than the water at phase change temperature.
