| 摘 要： | 详细分析了IP和ATM网络中语音信息分组的端到端时延及其影响，提出了一种新的语音CBR码流VBR转换法，以消除分组装配时延，达到降低信息分组端到端时延的目的。

| Abstract: | Voice over IP(VoIP) and Vorce over ATM(VoA) are hot research topics in the field of communication technologies. For the QoS of real-time voice communication, one of the key problems affecting the communication quality is the long end-to-end time delay and jitter of information packet transmission. This paper gives a detailed analysis of the end-to-end delay and its effects in IP and ATM networks. A new CBR to VRB code stream conversion approach is propcsed to reduce packet assmnbling delay and thus lower the information packet end-to-end time delay. |
