荒漠沙蜥肺动脉分布及毛细血管超微构筑

摘    要:用 ABS血管铸型法对 15只荒漠沙蜥的肺动脉及毛细血管进行了光镜和扫描电镜观察 ,结果表明 :荒漠沙蜥的肺表面分布有肺前小动脉、肺外侧小动脉、肺后小动脉和肺内侧小动脉 ,各肺小动脉向肺表面和深层分支并最终形成毛细血管 .肺表面肺小动脉的分支之间互相吻合形成小动脉网 ,小动脉网孔内有毛细血管网 .肺内壁被网状隔膜和少量的次级隔膜分隔成许多多面体的肺泡囊和肺泡 .网状隔膜和次级隔膜上均形成丰富的毛细血管网 .肺表面的毛细血管网为单层 ,网状隔膜和次级隔膜上的毛细血管网为多层 ;肺的毛细血管的管内径小于网孔的孔径 .

Abstract:The distribution of arteries on the lung surface and capillaries of th e lung surface and internal wall of fifteen phrynocephalus przewalskii were stud ied with ABS casts by the light and scanning electron microscope method. The res ults showed that there were four small arteries distributed on the surface of lu ng, which includes the artery, pulmonalis parva anterior, the artery pulmonalis parva lateralis, the artery pulmonalis parva posterior and the artery pulmonalis parva medialis. Each artery pulmonalis parva is divided into smaller and smalle r Ramus arteries pulmonalis parva, which are united into the arteriole networks finally ending into blood capillary networks. The interial wall of lung is divi ded into lots of alveolar sac and alveoli by mesh diaphragms and secondary septa s. The mesh diaphragms and secondary septas are composed of a lot of capillaries . The mesh of capillaries on the lung surface and internal wall were anatomized into a single and stratified layer of dense mesh respectively. The diameter of c apillaries was smaller than those of the capillaries mesh hole.
