大型活动场馆参观人流服务水平分级研究

摘    要:通过大型活动期间场馆内客流活动规律的调查数据,从场馆内部人流的空间聚集度来研究不同的行人密度对参观者的心理感受、参观过程的实现程度的影响,采用“人均空间指标”对场馆参观人流的服务水平分级进行研究.以此为世博园区内场馆客流控制预案提供直接的理论基础,也为场馆步行设施性能评价提供基本依据.

Abstract:Based on the data of visitors behavior characteristics collected from the exhibition halls for large-scale activities,an analysis is made of the effect of visitors' density on their psychology and visiting process.This paper also presents an assessment of the service provided by exhibition halls on the basis of the visitors' density.The study of this paper provides a theory basis for visitor-control-scenario and the evaluation of the facilities in the Expo2010,Shanghai of China.
