基于PROFIBUS现场总线的煤矿粉尘在线监控系统研究

针对目前煤矿粉尘检测大多采用短时间单地点人工测量的方式,提出了基于PROFIBUS总线的煤矿粉尘在线监控系统。系统以能够连续检测粉尘浓度的传感器为检测工具,以运行稳定可靠的西门子PLC为控制器,以PROFIBUS总线为现场通信手段,实现了长时间大面积的粉尘浓度动态实时监控,并具有超限喷雾除尘、语音提示和远程监控功能,具有一定的推广价值和应用前景。

Study on Coalmine Dust On-line Monitoring System Based on PROFIBUS Field Bus

At present, the means of dust detection in coalmine still remain with the short time, single site testing, and manual operation. This paper presents a coalmine dust on-line monitoring system based on PROFIBUS field bus, The system adopts a dust concentration sensor which can perform continuous dust concentration measurement as detecting device,selects SIEMENS PLC as controller, makes use of PROFIBUS field bus to perform field communication, and realizes sustaining and large-scale dust concentration monitoring. Water sprays automatically when dust concentration is above the setting value, phonic prompting and remote monitoring performances are also achieved. It has popularizing value and application prospects.
