扩展与回归——戴那·乔亚的诗歌形式观

作为“新形式主义”运动的代表人物，美国当代诗人和评论家戴那·乔亚在批判诗歌学院化导致“次文化”危机的同时倡导传统形式诗歌的创作。乔亚在诗歌形式方面的主张可以从“非个人化”的写作模式、“去精英化”的文化考量和“回归传统”的形式外观等三个方面加以认识。三方面相辅相成，都是为了扩展诗歌功能，使之回归主流文化。

Expansion and Return： Formalism in Dana Gioia＇s Poetry

As a prominent figure in the ＂New Formalist＂ movement, Dana Gioia, American poet and critic, criticizes that contemporary poetry has been institutionalized and turned into subculture while he was in favor of creating poetry in a conventional way. He maintains that poetic formalism can be interpreted from three aspects： a writing mode featured by ＂depersonalization＂; a cultural concern not confined to the elites; a poetic form returning to tradition. These aspects, closely related, serve to expand the poetic func- tion and bring poetry back to the mainstream culture.
