高校图书馆开展馆员诚信教育的意义及途径

受诚信缺失困扰的现代社会,高校图书馆开展馆员诚信教育,是提高馆员个体素质和读者服务质量的重要途径,是加强图书馆文化建设的重要方面,更是完善高校诚信教育体系的重要内容。针对目前馆员诚信教育的现状,指出图书馆需将馆员诚信教育规范制度化、内容扩大化、手段多样化以及效果档案化。
