提高高校图书馆员的职业素养初探

高校图书馆作为高校办学的三大支柱之一,对高校的发展起着不可或缺的重要作用。图书馆要实现这一神圣使命,提高图书馆员的职业素养势在必行。分析了高校图书馆员职业现状和特点,提出了从加强馆员服务的意识和能力、调整心态的能力、终身学习的能力3个方面来提高图书馆员职业素养的措施。

How to Improve University Librarians' Vocational Accomplishment

University library,being as one of the three pillars for university running,plays an important role in the development of university. And in order to achieve this sacred mission of university library,improving university librarians’ vocational accomplishment is necessary. This paper analyzes the present situation and features of the vocation of university librarians,and from three aspects of strengthening librarians’ service consciousness and service ability,attitude adjusting ability and lifelong learning ability,puts forward some measures for improving university librarians’ vocational accomplishment.
