| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的发展,农产品技术性贸易壁垒被众多的国家广泛使用,特别是,食品质量安全和农产品中残留物最高限量措施尤其被人受到重视,这不可避免地会对我国农产品出口产生更深刻和更广泛的影响:在短期内,我国农产品出口会因出口成本增加而失去原有的比较竞争优势,严重影响我国农产品出口额;但从长远来看,则会为我国企业技术进步提供了强大的动力,促使我国加快完善农产品技术性贸易壁垒预警机制和树立科学的外贸发展观.

| Abstract: | This article introduces the development of Technical Barriers to Trade TBT and analyzes the two-side effects of TBT on China farm produce export. On one hand, TBT would inevitably increase the cost of farm produce exports and reduce the amount of exports. But on the other hand, TBT has its positive influences on farm produce export in a long run. Therefore, in order to maintain our economy increasing, we should recognize the property of TBT and take positive measures to cope with TBT. |
