| Abstract: | This article comparatively analyzes the way of linguistic explanation and basic types of moving demonstration in physical training class in college. The author suggests that the real effect of explanation and demonstration is the important key to improve the teaching of physical training class. In order to make the students finalize the power design as quickly as possible, we should do according to the requirement of explanation and demonstration. |
