| Abstract: | There are several important parts in the push to the contracted personnel system in universities and also the keys to a successful reform: to enhance the leadership, to set up jobs scientifically, to take jobs through competition, to examine the crew strictly and to complete the framework wholesomely. Combining current state of affairs, the writer of this article shows his opinion on how to make more progress in the push to the contracted personnel system. |
