摘    要:加强领导、科学设岗、竞争上岗、严格考核、健全机制是推行高等学校全员聘任制的几个重要环节 ,也是决定改革是否取得成功的关键 .本文结合当前形势 ,就如何进一步做好全员聘任制工作谈一点自己的想法

Abstract:There are several important parts in the push to the contracted personnel system in universities and also the keys to a successful reform: to enhance the leadership, to set up jobs scientifically, to take jobs through competition, to examine the crew strictly and to complete the framework wholesomely. Combining current state of affairs, the writer of this article shows his opinion on how to make more progress in the push to the contracted personnel system.
