管理学案例地方化教学改革的思考

管理学是一门兼具理论性和实践性的课程.管理学运用案例教学能有效解决将管理理论与企业经营实际相结合的问题.但是长期以来管理学案例选用的或者是西方企业的管理实践案例,或者是国内大型企业的经营案例,难脱教条主义的讲授模式.探索使用具有地方特色的管理学案例,是提高学生的实践技能,解决高校与企业在合作办学中存在的矛盾,培养服务于地方经济建设的应用型人才的有效途径.

Reflections on the Teaching Reform of Using Localized Cases in Management Science

In management science theory and practice are closely related.By using case teaching method in management science management theories can be effectively combined with the actual operation of a company.But over the years the cases selected for management science course come either from western enterprises or from large scaled enterprises in China,which may make teaching mode dogmatic.This paper explores the possibility of using local management cases as an effective way to improve students real practical skills,solve problems arising from the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and to cultivate application-oriented talents for local economic construction.
