摘    要:采用3层有限单元模型对树脂复合减振钢板的杯形拉深成形进行了数值模拟,得出了减振钢板每层的应力应变分布以及树脂芯层的剪应力分布.揭示了树脂复合减振钢板和单层钢板拉深的不同,分析了树脂芯层剪切强度对拉深成形的影响.研究结果为树脂复合减振钢板的拉深成形工艺提供了数值模拟指导.

Abstract:Cup-drawing of laminated vibration damping steel sheet was simulated based on three-layer finite element model.The stress and stain of each layer and the shear stress of the core layer were researched.The difference between drawing of vibration damping steel sheet and homogenous steel sheet was elaborated.The effect of core's shear strength on the drawing process was analyzed.The simulation result is of help to the drawing of vibration damping steel sheet.
