厚壁圆筒中多条裂纹的热应力强度因子

摘    要:含有多条裂纹的承受内压的厚壁圆筒,当其温度发生不均匀变化时将会产生热应力,从而使总的应力场发生变化,裂纹尖端的应力强度因子也将发生变化,裂纹尖端总的有效应力强度因子可以通过叠加分别由内压和温度应力引起的应力强度因子而得到,对一个大范围的厚壁圆简几何参数和裂纹配置情况,用有限单元法计算了由稳态温度应力引起的应力强度因子,并讨论了圆简和裂纹的几何参数对应力强度因子的影响。

Abstract:A uneven change of tcmprature in a pressured thick-walled cylinder withmuItiple cracks can resuIt in an additionaI thermal stress field and hence the chan8e of stressintensity factors(SIF) at crack tips.The effective SIF can be obtained by linearsuperposition of those duc to internal pressure and thermal stress,In this paper.the tcrmalSIF for a wide range of cylinder geometric parameters and crack configurations are evaluatedwith the finite element method.The influences of geometric parameters on SIF are discussed.
