| 摘 要： | 近年来，农、林、地、矿等一些“弱势”专业的毕业生，在传统观念的影响下，在人才市场上竞争力较弱，就业形势存在着危机。加强就业教育，不断开拓毕业生就业渠道，对“弱势”专业毕业生就业铺平道路将具有重要意义。

Employment Education and Tactics for Unpopular Majors |

| Abstract: | In recent years, some graduates, specializing unpopular majors such as agriculture, forestry, geology, mining, etc., are faced with employment crisis. They are greatly influenced by the traditional ideas and have poor competitiveness in the labor market. It is of great significance to strengthen their employment education and broaden their employment channels and pave the way for their employment. Some relevant suggestions are given in this paper. |
