聚丙烯/尼龙1010共混物力学性能的研究

摘    要:利用力学测试方法研究了甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)熔触接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-GMA)对聚丙烯/尼龙1010(PP/PA1010)共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,PP-g-GMA明显地改善了PP/PA1010共混体系的相容性,使该体系的屈服强度有大幅度的提高,并呈现出明显的正的协同效应。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of glycidyl methacrylate meltingly grafted polypropylene (pp -g-GMA) on the tensile behaviour of polypropylene-Nylon 1010 (PP /PA1010)blend was studied by means of tensile test mechine. The experimental results show that compatibility and the yield strength of PP / PA1010 with pp -g -GMA blend are higher than those without pp-g-GMA and present obviousiy right coordination effect.
