| 摘 要： | 报道了从绿海藻中分离提取出水溶中性多糖，经纯化和鉴定得单一木聚糖，其分子量为16万。一级结构测定结果表明此多糖为直链结构，以β（1→3）木糖残基连接。构象研究结果表明该多糖具有三股螺旋的空心螺旋结构。

| Abstract: | A water soluble neutral polysaccharide was isolated from the Greenseaweed. It was homogeneity Xylan. It's molecular weihgt was estimated at 16 X 104. The primary structure was β (1→3) Xylan. Conformation was tripe helical. |
