机床加工精度的自动控制系统研究

摘    要:为了提高机床加工效率和加工精度,国内外广泛开展了切削过程自动控制系统的研究。该文通过几类典型的加工过程控制系统的分析,指出了其中存在的问题以及难以实用的原因。针对我国国情,提出切削控制系统的研究应注重普通机床的改善,并详细介绍了正在研制的机床加工误差补偿系统的原理和重要部分的设计。

Abstract:To improve the machining accuracy and efficiency, thenoesearch on automatic control systems for machining has been widelycarried out in home and abrold. By analysing the Problims of the typi-cal control systems and the reason why they can not be used in prac-tice, the research direction of machining control system is pointed outin this paper. According to our national situation, the improvement ofcommon tools should be emphasised in the study on machining controlsystem. Also, the principle of a new kind of spindle rotation errorcompensatory control system and the design of some important partsare stated in more detail.
