摘    要:斑马鱼是一种重要的水生脊椎动物,已经成为研究各类污染物的神经毒性作用的重要动物模型。本文就农药、临床药物、金属、阻燃剂等环境因子对斑马鱼神经毒性效应方面的主要成果和最新进展作了概述,综述了其对斑马鱼的神经系统毒性效应,对目前研究中存在的问题、研究热点及待深入加强研究的方面进行了讨论和展望,以期为鱼类生态毒理学研究、水环境污染及风险评估提供参考。

Abstract:Zebrafish is an important aquatic vertebrate and has become an important animal model to study the neurotoxic effects of various pollutants.In this paper,the main achievements and the latest progress in the neurotoxic effects of pesticides,clinical drugs,heavy metals,flame retardants and other environmental factors on zebrafish were summarized,and the neurotoxic effects of zebrafish were reviewed.Then the existing problems,research hotspots and aspects to be further studied were discussed and prospected in order to provide reference for fish ecotoxicology,water environment pollution and risk assessment.
