百草枯对水生动物的毒性效应研究进展

摘    要:百草枯的广泛使用虽然有效的减少了农田杂草的产生,为农作物的生长创造了良好的生长条件,提高了农作物的产量,但是其对生物体而言存在较大的毒性效应;虽然现在百草枯已经大范围禁止生产和使用,但是前期残留的不易降解的百草枯对于土壤以及水体的持续性污染仍不容忽视。本文通过对百草枯及其使用概况以及环境污染现状进行简单概述,着重就百草枯对水生动物的急性毒性、生理毒性以及遗传毒性进行全面研究分析,并对其毒性缓解的研究进行概述,以期加强加深人类就百草枯对生物体毒性效应的认识,同时也为有效的缓解百草枯的毒性效应打下坚实的基础。

Abstract:Although the extensive use of paraquat effectively reduces the production of weeds in farmland,creates good growth conditions for crop growth and improves crop yield,it has a greater toxic effect on organisms.Although paraquat has been banned from production and use in a large scale,the remaining non-degradable paraquat in the early stage is not suitable for soil and water conservation.Continuous pollution should not be neglected.In this paper,the general situation of paraquat and its use as well as the current situation of environmental pollution were briefly summarized.The acute toxicity,physiological toxicity and genetic toxicity of paraquat to aquatic animals were studied and analyzed comprehensively,and the research on its toxicity mitigation was summarized in order to deepen the understanding of the toxic effects of paraquat on organisms and to lay a solid foundation for effectively alleviating paraquat.
