基于氧化钙催化发光的丙酮气体传感器

摘    要:基于一定条件下丙酮气体可以在氧化钙的表面产生强烈的化学发光现象,设计了一种检测空气中丙酮气体的发光传感器。研究发现该传感器在波长535 nm,温度266℃,空气流量为400 m L/min的最佳实验条件下,测得丙酮气体浓度的线性范围为7. 6~1520 mg/m^3(R=0. 9984),相对标准偏差(RSD)为3. 65%,检出限为1. 52 mg/m^3(S/N=3)。考察了在相同浓度下的常见挥发性有机物的干扰情况,发现除丙烯腈、乙腈和甲醛外,其余9种挥发性有机物的干扰均小于1%,表明该传感器具有较好的选择性、使用寿命与稳定性。

Abstract:Based on the fact that acetone has cataluminescence (CTL) phenomenon on CaO surface,a sensor was designed and fabricated to detect acetone gas in air.The linear range of CTL intensity versus acetone concentration was found to be 7.6 to 1520 mg/m^3 ( R =0.9984) with a detection limit of 1.52 mg/m^3 ( S/N =3),under the optimal conditions of 535 nm wavelength at 266 °C with a flow rate of 400 mL/min.Some volatile organic compounds (VOC) were explored as interference materials,the result shows that the other nine organics possessed no obvious influences to the detection with interferences less than 1.0%,except for acrylonitrile,acetonitrile and formaldehyde.The sensor has good selectivity,service life and stability.
