摘    要:通过氯化锌活化——微波法制备了玉米秸秆活性炭,并研究了活性炭对孔雀石绿的吸附性能,考察了活性炭对孔雀石绿的最佳吸附条件、吸附热力学以及动力学特征。结果表明,在实验温度下,活性炭对孔雀石绿的吸附平衡符合Langmuir等温线模型,其动力学行为更好的符合Lagergren准二级动力学模型,吸附过程的表观活化能E_a=119. 52 kJ/mol。热力学研究表明该吸附过程为自发的、吸热的熵增过程。

Abstract:Activated carbon was prepared from corn straw with ZnCl2 as an activation agent under microwave radiation,and its adsorption properties of malachite green were also studied.The optimum adsorption conditions,adsorption thermodynamics and kinetic characteristics of malachite green by activated carbon were investigated.The results indicate that the adsorption equilibrium of activated carbon on malachite green conforms to the Langmuir isotherm model at the experimental temperature,the adsorption kinetics of malachite green on activated carbon can be well described by the Pseudo-second-order model and apparent activation energy E a=119.52kJ/mol of adsorption process.Thermodynamic studies show that the adsorption process is a process of spontaneous and endothermic entropy increment.
