| 摘 要： | 我国正处于社会转型加速期,社会管理创新面临诸多新形势,社会管理创新只有以法治理念为指导,才能实现最佳的政治、经济和社会效益。因此,完善公民权利保障的法律体系和不断完善执法机制,转变社会管理执法理念;完善公众参与管理机制以及增强法律信仰势在必行。

The innovation of social management only can realize political, economical and social benefits under the guidance of law--ruling idea. Therefore, it＇s necessary to improve citizen right guarantee law, executive law system, social management idea and public participation in management and faith in laws. |
