摘    要:以数控插齿机床身的整体柔度最小为优化目标,以三维有限单元的相对密度为设计变量,构建了基于固体各向同性材料插值方法的三维结构拓扑优化数学模型,并采用优化准则法进行设计变量的迭代更新,通过在载荷作用下床身结构的拓扑优化设计,得到了床身材料在设计域内的最优分布.根据最优分布重构床身几何模型,通过比较原结构模型和重构结构模型的静力学分析结果,验证了文中方法的正确性和有效性.

Abstract:Taking minimum static compliance of the bed of NC gear shaper as the optimization objective, and three-dimensional finite element relative density as design variable, the structure topology optimization model is constructed based on the interpolation method of solid isotropic material. The optimality criteria algorithm is used to update designing variables. Topology optimization design of loaded bed is conducted; and the opti- mal bed material distribution in the design domain is obtained. According to the optimal bed material distribu- tion, a new geometric model is reconstructed. Comparing the static analyses results of original structural models and restricted models of the bed, the validity of the proposed method is verified.
