| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员的职业定位以十一届三中全会为分水岭，经历前后两个不同的历史时期。在历史演变过程中，形成高校辅导员职业声望低的现状，针对此现状分析形成高校辅导员职业声望低的影响因素，并提出改变这一现状的对策和措施。

| Abstract: | Occupational orientation of College Counselors in the Third Plenary Session of the eleven as a watershed, has gone through two different historical periods. In the process of historical evolvement, formed the situation of college counselors＇ occupational prestige low, this paper analyzes the faetors of affecting the formation of college counselors＇ occupational prestige low and puts forward measures to change these status. |
