河北省服装产业集群人才模式优化研究

服装产业集群人才模式的优劣直接影响产业发展，河北服装产业作为劳动密集型为主的经济特色产业，凭借传统基础以及地缘优势等因素得到了较大的发展，形成了区域特征鲜明的服装产业集群。随着全球化经济逐步推进以及服装业竞争的加剧，传统服装产业面临升级及转型，产业模式要适应新的产业发展趋势，就必须梳理和面对自身存在的问题，产业结构与人才模式问题是其中的重点，而人才模式的优化又是关键。因此必须从当前产业集群人才模式的不足与矛盾中，梳理出升级所需的人才优化方向和针对性策略，进而为河北服装产业集群提供合理的人才发展战略措施。

Study on the Optimization of Talent Strategy of Clothing Industry Cluster in Hebei Province

The progress of the talent strategy of clothing industry cluster has great effects on the development of the industry. As labor-intensive industry, clothing industry in Hebei Province has become a industry cluster with vivid provincial characteristics. It develops well because of traditional advantage and geo-advantage. But because of economic globalization and brutal competition, traditional clothing industry must change, and the industry mode needs to adapt to the new trend. Through analyzing current problems, we think that industry structure and talent strategy are the core problems, of which talent strategy is the most important. The shortage and contradiction in the talent strategy of clothing industry cluster in Hebei province is analyzed, the optimized development direction and corresponding strategy are discussed, and the strategic measures for the development of the industry are put forward.
