随机激励下四自由度机床隔振系统的主动控制研究

摘    要:针对精密机床的振动问题,建立了四自由度隔振系统的动力学模型,阐述了隔振模型动力学方程的建立原则和方法,根据隔振系统的动力学模型设计了PID主动控制器,并以随机地面模型作为输入在Simulink中对其进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明具有PID控制器的主动隔振系统在隔离振动方面效果明显优于被动隔振系统.

Abstract:Aiming at the vibration problem of the precision machine ,this paper builds up a dynamic model of four degrees of freedom vibration isolation system, describes the principle and methods to build up the vibra- tion isolation dynamic equations. We design the PID active controller according to the vibration isolation dy- namic model and input the random ground model to do simulation analysis. The results show that the active vibration isolation system with PID controller is obviously superior to the passive vibration isolation system.
