| 摘 要： | 结合国外ZARA及H＆M等服装企业供应链发展现状，对汉派服装企业内部供应链的构成进行分析，并对组成汉派服装企业内部供应链的主要环节面料供应、服装设计、服装生产、分销配送、品牌推广等进行深入剖析，进而对汉派服装企业内部供应链发展的SWOT、结构和分销配送网络等特点进行研究。研究结果将对汉派服装企业内部供应链的优化、汉派服装企业的良性发展提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | The paper researches the development status of the supply chain of ZARA and H＆M, and then analyzes the structure and composition of internal supply chain analysis for Wuhan Garment. Through analysis of supply of fabric, clothing design, clothing production, distribution, and branding, the paper studies the SWOT, characteristics of structure and distribution network for the internal supply chain. The research results will provide a reference of the optimization of Wuhan garment enterprises supply chain and the development of Wuhan garment industry. |
