蚕豆外源凝集素的研究

用葡聚糖凝胶G—75亲和层析柱和猪甲状腺球蛋白—ABSE交联琼脂亲和层析柱纯化所得的蚕豆外源凝集素,其聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳图谱显示:前一方法提取的蚕豆外源凝集紊呈一条深色带,一条浅色带,后一方法提取的蚕豆外源凝集素呈一条显色带。经SDS—聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定其亚基分子量为23800。血凝反应表明蚕豆外源凝集素能显著地凝集兔的红细胞,对人(A型和O型)和猪的红细胞也有不同程度的凝集效应,并对人的外周血淋巴细胞具有促有丝分裂作用。用猪甲状腺球蛋白—ABSE交联琼酯作为亲和吸附剂与国外沿用的Sephadex G—75法相比较,具有成本低、操作步骤较简便的优点,此外,它所提取的蚕豆外源凝集素的生物活力也较鬲。

STUDIES ON LECTIN FROM VICIA FABA
