河津市产业结构的合理化评价及其调整措施

在区域经济转型过程中,合理进行产业结构调整,是决定区域综合实力和实现可持续发展的关键.本文选取三次产业产值、从业人员比重、产业结构偏离度、比较劳动率等经济指标,对河津市产业结构进行了合理化评价.结果表明:河津市第二产业的比重远高于第一产业和第三产业的比重,产业结构以第二产业为主;主导产业比较单一,主要以煤、铝、焦、铁等重工业为主,重工业倾向明显,且过度依靠能源消耗.因而,河津市应积极发展第二产业的扩散拉动作用,延长产业链,同时大力发展第三产业.

Industrial Structure Rationalization Evaluation and Adjustment Measures in Hejin

The reasonable industrial structure adjustment in the regional economic transformation process is important to regional comprehensive strength and the sustainable development. In this article, the output value of three industries, the proportion of employees, industrial structure deviation, comparative laborrate, and other economic indicators are selected, for evaluating industrial structure rationalization . The results show that the proportion of the second industry is far higher than the first and the third industry, the proportion of the industrial structure gives priority to the second industry. But leading industry is still a single, which is mainly heavy indus- try, including coal, aluminum, coke, iron and so on. Heavy industry tendency is obvious and it excessively relies on energy consumption. Therefore, the diffusion of the second industry is should actively developed, the industrial chain is should extended, and develop the third industry is also developed in Hejin.
