基于粒子群优化的高维小波神经网络及其应用

摘    要:本文提出一种粒子群优化小波神经网络的新方法.先采用基于梯度下降的误差反传算法调整小波神经网络参数,再使用粒子群算法修正,从而建立了粒子群优化的高维小波神经网络,并将该方法用于构建热连轧产品质量模型.仿真结果表明,此模型提高了预测精度和收敛速度.

Abstract:A new method for the optimization of wavelet neural network based on the particle swarm is pres- ented. According to the error back propagation algorithm of gradient descent, the parameters of wavelet neutral network are firstly adjusted, and then revised by the particle swarm optimization. Therely the high-dimensional wavelet neural network of particle swarm optimization is built, and used to predict the quality of product in hot- rolling plated. The results of the simulation experiments show that the predicition precision and convergence speed are improved.
