摘    要:对以菊芋为原料,将酿酒酵母细胞与菊粉酶分别固定用两步法发酵生产乙醇的最适发酵条件进行了探讨,实验结果表明:当温度为28℃,pH值为5.2,发酵液糖度为20%,反应器连续流动流速为42mL/min时,发酵速度最快,酒精转化率最高,在发酵28h时,酒精转化率达96.6%,发酵醪中乙醇含量达10.96%.

Abstract:Studied the conditions of ethanol two steps fermentation by immobilized inulinase and Saccharomyces cerivisiae cell using inulin as raw material, and the optimum results are obtained.The study shows: when temperature is 28 ℃,pH=5.2,the sugar concentration of the feed is 20%,the flow-rate of feed of the continuous bioreactor is 42 mL/min,the fermentation rate is fastest, and the bio-conversion rate of ethanol is highest. When the fermentation time reaches ~24 h,) the bio-conversion rate achieves 96.6%, and the ethanol concentration of the fermentation brooth achieves 10.96%.
