摘    要:用SEM-EDAX方法进行桐花树三种不同叶龄鲜叶片的盐腺、气孔器、海绵组织,栅栏组织等组织的五种元素含量的分析结果表明:不同叶龄叶片中元素含量各不相同;镁、磷、钾等元素的相对分布与相应组织的结构、功能有关,幼叶和成熟叶片的栅栏组织中镁、磷的含量高于海绵组织,氯的含量低于海绵组织;镁、磷、氯在老叶叶片的上述两种组织中的分布情况与其在幼叶或成熟叶的分布情况相反,在三种不同叶龄的叶片中,栅栏组织的含钠量高于海绵组织,气孔器的含钾量都高于其余组织.

Abstract:The analvtic result of the content of five elements in four tissues of afresh leaf-blade of A. corniculatum in three different ages by SEM-EDAX shows that the con-tents of elements are different with the various ages of leaf-blade and the contents of an ele-ment are also distinctive in various tissues of a leaf-blade,the contents of Mg and P in pal-isade tissue are higher than those in spongy tissue in juvenile or adult, the content of Cl islower than that in spongy tissue, the distributive orders of Mg, P and Cl between these tis-sues in old leaf-blades reverse that in the juvenile or adult leaf-blades, the content of Na isalway higher in palisade tissue than that in spongy tissue in the three ages of leaf-blades,theK concentration at stomatal apparatus is alway the highest in these tissue of these leaf-blades.
