海上110报警系统通信链路的设计与实现

摘    要:设计并实现海上110报警系统,以满足航行船只的报警需求.采用系统集成方式,将无线通信设备与有线通信设备组合为专用通信链路,实现从船只到指挥中心的报警信息传输,分析了无线链路的最大通信距离和采用重复发送/大数判决的误字率,给出了基于PSTN的有线网络最大接警率,以DTMF方式在PSTN上传输,明显降低了成本并保证了传输质量.实践表明,所述系统设计是合理可行的.

Abstract:Presents the design and implementation of a 110 alarm system. Such a system is used in ships on emergency occations during navigation. The system works on an integrated system mode. The combination of wireless and wired communication sections forms the communication link, which provides the transmission of the alarm information between ships and the control center. The article gives an analysis on the maximum communication distance and the error byte rate adopting the repeated transmit/majority decision. The maximum alarm receiving rate on the basis of the PSTN wired network is also discussed. By using DTMF mode for data transmission on the PSTN, the cost apparently drops and the transmission quality are ensured. Actual applications indicate that the design is practical.
