可编程序控制器和现场总线在地铁动车上应用的研究

摘    要:用可编程序控制器S7- 30 0和现场总线PROFIBUS可以组建复杂的集散控制系统 .以DK8G型地铁动车控制系统为例 ,提出了 3个DK8G型地铁动车的可编程序控制系统 .通过比较 ,确定带冗余控制功能的系统为最佳 .该系统采用双CPU的冗余控制 ,对全车实现集中管理 ,分散控制 ,具有系统可靠性高、控制功能强、系统便于维护和扩展等优点 .这种控制结构适于地铁动车、城市轻轨、高速列车和各种机车 .

Abstract:A complex automatically control system is built via S7-300 PLC and PROFIBUS, which makes the task of centralized management and decentralized control easy. On the basis of DK8G metro control system, three different schemes had been designed by comparison,in which the redundant PLC control system would be the best. It can reliably fulfill the task of centralized monitor and decentralized control in the metros, with admirable reliability, extensively controlling function and the open field bus standard design. This redundant control system structure will suit to different types of metro, tram, high speed train,inter city and regional train, electric and diesel locomotives.
